Request deletion of your UNEx Logistics account and associated data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your cargo tracking history, registered properties, and all account data. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting a request.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your UNEx Logistics account, contact our support team using any of the methods below. Include your registered phone number so we can identify your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted when your account deletion request is processed:

Account profile (name, phone number) Deleted
Password hash and authentication data Deleted
Pending OTPs and verification codes Deleted
Session and device data Deleted
Cargo and shipment records May be retained*
Payment records May be retained*
Audit logs May be retained*

* Certain records may be retained where required for legal, financial accountability, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Retained records will be anonymized where possible.

Partial Data Deletion

If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your full account — for example, removing a registered property or updating your contact details — please contact our support team with the specific request. We will assist you in managing your data appropriately.
